Helping future leaders flourish

This year’s ICBA LEAD FWD Summit saw community bankers come together to glean insights from experts on the big issues facing the community banking industry. The conference, held Sept. 16–17 in New Orleans, isn’t a listen-only event. Over two days, attendees experience fast-paced workshops, unique networking opportunities, whiteboarding sessions with industry leaders and inspirational keynote speeches. This year, keynote speakers Diana Kander, an innovation consultant and bestselling author, and Roger Seip, the cofounder of a leading training and personal development firm, taught community bankers to harness their own curiosity and creativity.
