Social sharing takes wing during ICBA Community Banking LIVE

By Ann Chen

With more than 60 education sessions, four world-renowned general session speakers and more than 200 exhibitors in the Expo hall, happenings at 2015 ICBA Community Banking LIVE could have made anyone’s head spin. While attendees mingled, attended, learned and laughed, they were also not shy to share about the event on social media and the mobile app.

Social sharing during this year’s national convention generated nearly 3,000 tweets with the hashtag #ICBALive15—about 600 tweets a day! With an exposure to almost 3 million people across the Twittersphere and with nearly 500 contributors posting comments and pictures, the Live event expanded way beyond the confines of the conference’s physical halls.

Check out these snapshots of what was shared during the convention.
