ICBA Independent Banker’s industry and association news is available in three formats

In-depth articles, expert opinions and insights, and community banker profiles, you’ll find all of this industry and association editorial coverage in ICBA Independent Banker, ICBA’s award-winning monthly magazine. All of the magazine’s content is available to ICBA member employees in three formats—by subscription in a print edition, in a free digital subscription delivered monthly by email, as well as free anytime online.

The print edition. As an ICBA membership benefit, every member community bank receives two free annual print subscriptions to IB. Member community banks go online at ICBA’s website to update who should receive those member print subscriptions. Members can also order additional individual print subscriptions online for $20 a year.

IB Takes Home the Gold

ICBA Independent Banker’s art director, Krista Trempe of MSP-C in Minneapolis, received a bronze and a gold award for her design work on the magazine. In November, the Minnesota Magazine & Publishing Association recognized Trempe for layouts she created for the “On the Buy Side” feature in the March 2014 issue and a “By the Numbers” graphic page in the December 2013 issue.

The digital edition. In addition to print subscriptions, any employee of an ICBA member community bank can subscribe to receive by email a complimentary digital edition of IB each month. The digital edition features the same pages and content of the print edition, but in a PDF format that can be saved on a computer and shared with others.

The website. IB’s open-access website (www.independentbanker.org) provides community bankers with searchable online access to current and past articles, as well as online-only content. A link to the current digital editions—and past digital editions, accessed through a link in the menu bar in the current edition—is also available on the magazine’s home page. The site also allows readers to post public comments about articles.
